A rural, peaceful countryside stay awaits you in the wonderful West Dorset countryside. If you want to reconnect with nature, take long walks and have a relaxing break, then Hell Lane Annexe is the place for you. Inside, you will find the annexe surprisingly spacious with everything you need. With a double bed, comfy chairs, dining and kitchen area, the annexe is perfect for couples or just one.

Bedside cabinets with lights, hanging space and under bed drawer for extra storage.
Comfortable Chairs
Two comfy chairs so you don't have to sit on the bed. Perfect to sink into after a day's sightseeing.
Well Equipped Kitchen
With fridge, electric oven/grill with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, crockery and glassware. There's even a slimline dishwasher too!
Dining Table
Our foldaway dining table can be large or small depending on your requirements.
Garden
We have a fenced garden with table and chairs so you you can also enjoy eating outside if the weather allows.
Modern Shower Room
Shower room with cubicle shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail. Towels provided for your stay.
Flat screen Television
Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix.
Free Wifi/Alexa
If you want to catch up with work or socialise with friends, there is free wifi to keep you connected. Alexa is also available.
Parking
Parking is available for one car at Hell Lane which is off road.

We believe in keeping things simple and our prices are the same whatever time of the year and pets stay free. No minimum stay so if you want to stay just one night ... you can!
Booking Terms and Conditions
- A non refundable deposit of £50 is required on the day of booking (you will not need to pay this online)
- Payments by BACS – we will contact you following any online booking with our bacs details
- Full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
- If the booking is made less than 14 days before start date then the full balance is payable at the time of the booking
- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the start date then no balance payment is requested.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the start date then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
- In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
- No dogs to be left unattended on 1st day of any booking, subsequent days may be left for up to a maximum of 4 hours with owner’s agreement. Owners reserve the right to enter the property if any unattended dog is showing signs of distress
WHAT TO EXPECT
- All bed linen and towels are included in your stay.
- Any day starts available, dependent on other bookings.
- Any length of stay from 1 night to 7+ nights can be accommodated.
- Arrival from 4 pm onwards. Departure by 11 am.
- Key code access for flexible access.
- Available throughout the year.
- Strictly no smoking in the apartment or grounds.
- Up to 2 well behaved pets welcome
