Warm welcome on arrival, lovely property, quiet and beautifully kept. Both Carol and Derek so helpful. Lovely walks and recommendations… extra bonus of fresh eggs. Thank you both so very much.

Wij waren hier 2 nachten. En dan is een studio als deze meer dan prima. Je kunt er heerlijk buiten zitten op een terras maar ook in het gras. Derek was zo vriendelijk om ons zelfs het prieel en tuinhuis aan te bieden als we dat zouden willen. Het huis is klein maar er is creatief met de ruimte omgegaan. De omgeving is erg mooi. We willen nog wel eens terugkomen.

Comfortable, clean and exceptionally well thought out accommodation. Very compact, but perfect for our needs. Lovely rural location (chickens, sheep, cows in the field at the end of the garden!), but easy to reach the village for an evening meal at one of two pubs on foot. It took us about 15 minutes. Carol and Derek were very friendly and helpful hosts, and very dog friendly. Their own two well behaved dogs were a bonus and made our dog feel welcome! We appreciated the flexibility with check in and also the freshly laid eggs, milk and biscuits left for our arrival. We will definitely be returning!

The annexe is beautiful, very clean, cozy, comfortable. We stayed just for one night, but we a have a lovely dinner and breakfast in the garden.The kitchen is very well equipped and Carol provided us some eggs from her own chickens. Carol and his husband are very kind and they give us some tips for the area.Absolutely recommend

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Ausstattung super und zum Frühstück gab es sogar frische Eier der eigenen Hühner.Schöner kleiner Garten!

Perfect for a brief stop over. Everything to hand in a beautiful setting. It was good to be back.

We had a lovely overnight stay and wished we had booked for longer. The annexe is lovely – from decoration to cleanliness and everything you need. It was a really nice touch to have coffee, tea and milk available for when we arrived and fresh eggs! The garden is beautifully kept and Carol made us feel welcome and at home as soon as we arrived. Thank you – we really enjoyed our stay, albeit a brief one!

We stayed here for a two night stop over on the way to Cornwall. It was ideal, as described and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.Our two dogs loved the garden and the accommodation was very clean with everything you may require.Would definitely visit again to explore more of the area.

The Annexe is lovely, comfy and cosy, with a pretty little private garden. it’s well equipped with all we needed for our short stay.Carol and Derek made us very welcome as did their friendly dogs. Beautiful clean property with the very friendly helpful owners next door. They gave you your space and also chatted when you wanted to chat. Lovely to see the other end of chideock and wereTold of the walk across to the pub! This break was perfect!

Eine sehr hübsche, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Herrlich abseits gelegen, aber nahe zum Meer.Die Hunde konnten im kleinen, privaten Garten laufen. Es war alles bestens.
