Carol and Derek are wonderful hosts. on arrival they informed us that the local pub was not open for the next couple of weeks and offered to drive us to another pub that evening and pick us up, we had planned to cook a meal ourselves using the excellent kitchen in the annex, but it showed us that Carol and Derek are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their guests have a pleasant stay.
The annex is well laid out and very clean and the garden allowed our dog Luna the space to burn off even more energy. There are so many beautiful views and places to visit locally that we are planning a return visit later in the year. read less – 11 Jan 2024

We were the first guests to meet their new puppy! They left tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and eggs from their chickens on our arrival and gave us plenty of information about the area. The annexe was spotless and exactly like the photos and description. It is in an ideal location for Lyme Regis (10 minutes drive to the park and ride) and plenty of country walks direct from the annexe. Highly recommend. read less – 11 Aug 2023

Furthermore, the fresh eggs from their chickens were a welcome gift and perfect for the morning. The kitchen was fully supplied with kitchenware and allowed us to have dinner a breakfast with no hassel.
